Position Overview

Trident Environmental Group is seeking safety-focused Class A and Class B CDL drivers to support our environmental services operations. This hands-on position includes transporting liquid and solid hazardous and non-hazardous materials from customer locations to disposal facilities, moving equipment between job sites, and assisting field crews when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles such as tankers, roll-off trucks and box trucks; Class A drivers may also operate tractor-trailers, depending on assignment and required endorsements.
• Make health and safety the top priority by following company procedures, safe-work practices and applicable transportation requirements.
• Complete accurate daily driver logs, worksheets, vehicle inspection reports and other required transportation documentation.
• Load, unload and properly secure materials and equipment as required for assigned routes and projects.
• Support environmental field operations, including operation of equipment and manual labor, consistent with training and qualifications.
• Participate in on-call emergency-response operations as assigned and accommodate occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), appropriate for assigned vehicles and duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hazardous Materials (HazMat) and Tanker endorsements preferred; applicable endorsements are required for assignments that need them.
• Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card preferred.
• Willingness to perform hands-on field work and work safely in an environmental services setting.
